Maestri Al Fornelli: 4-Hand Dinner Sorella Ristorante at Mongibello Ibiza
Two pairs of talented hands, some exceptional ingredients, and a whole lot of culinary magic come together on Friday August 28, 2026, to celebrate exceptional cuisine through a unique dining experience. Maestri Al Fornelli: 4–Hand Dinner welcomes executive chef of prestigious restaurant, Kysho Madrid, Juan Quirós, to join with Francesco Leggio of Mongibello Ibiza on the moonlit terrace of Sorella for a night of fine dining under the stars.
This is a dinner where Italian tradition meets haute cuisine in an exclusive set menu created especially for the evening. In addition to two very talented chefs, the evening also sees Miriam Nini, bar manager of Stella and Capella Bars in Bangkok, create some exclusive cocktail pairings especially for the event. Four-Hand Dinner with Francesco Leggio and Juan Quirós at Mongibello Ibiza starts at 8pm and promises to be a gourmet collaboration made in heaven.
