
OKU Ibiza welcomes the return of Fête des Belges – a bold, star-studded celebration of Belgium’s National Day, served with just a sprinkling of island flair. For one night only, a handpicked line-up of the country’s top culinary talent descends on the west coast hotspot, transforming it into a fine-dining playground under the stars. Expect a gastronomic journey led by Michelin-decorated names like Dani Hoefnagels, Sergio Herman, Jan Tournier, Glenn Verhasselt and Wout Bru, alongside rising stars including Gault Millau’s discovery of the year Jean-Phillipe and private chef to Marc Coucke, Stijn De Vreese.
Balancing haute cuisine with some Belgic hedonism, the evening features live entertainment, Balearic beats and a decadent, high-energy atmosphere that’s as cosmopolitan as the guest list. Joining the roster are OKU Ibiza and Teyo Ibiza‘s own Executive Chef Mark Vaessen and Head Chef Alex Todorov, bringing their Nikkei fusion flair to the mix. It’s a feast for all the senses, where fine flavours, flowing drinks and iconic names combine to honour Belgian excellence in true Ibiza style.
