Ferragosto at SEU Pizza @ STEPS
It’s Ferragosto, the traditional Italian mid-August holiday where good food, good company and summer vibes collide and SEU Pizza @ STEPS – part of the W Ibiza complex – is serving it up in true dolce vita style. Renowned Roman pizzaiolo Pier Daniele Seu, ranked among the world’s best by 50 Best Pizza, is jetting in to create three one-night-only masterpieces. Think Fiori e Alici with zucchini cream, flowers, anchovies and lime; Anguinara with roasted watermelon, San Marzano tomatoes and spicy watermelon jelly; and a decadent Super Capricciosa loaded with artichokes, mushrooms, soft-boiled egg and basil.
Your evening begins with a welcome spritz before diving headfirst into a tasting trio of all three creations (30€ per person) or going all in with your favourite full pizza (24€ each). With a soundtrack of classic Italian tunes played live, it’s a slice of summer you won’t forget – bellissimo!
