Eclipse at Las Mimosas
Lift your gaze skywards on Wednesday August 12, 2026, to enjoy the rare site of a full solar eclipse hovering over the west coast of the island. Eclipse at Las Mimosas is a very special dinner experience , hosted on the boutique hotel’s elegant Cala de Bou rooftop as the sun begins to set and the moon joins the show.
Settle in for this heavenly spectacle as Fabiano Pax spins the interstellar tunes and the island quiets for this rare performance. There is an individual menu that is 80€ per person or you can upgrade to premium with Perrier-Jouët included – and both options include certified eclipse glasses to keep your peepers safe. Seats for the Eclipse dinner at Las Mimosas are very limited so be sure to book ahead.
