Mira Lounge will be transformed into Ibiza’s very own Little Hong Kong for the night, and Shannon will be on hand to host, teach and oversee play as well as providing the late-night snacks which include char siu bao, all soft fluffy buns and juicy BBQ pork with some very special Ibérico twists.
