Tuesdays at Villa Mercedes in San Antonio are getting a little cheesy this summer, but in the best possible way. Cheese & Wine Tasting at Villa Mercedes is a weekly event where artisanal cheeses from the island are paired with some carefully chosen wines by the restaurant’s expert sommelier.
This tasting experience, hosted by Fina from local dairy farm, Ses Cabretes, features homemade goats cheese made with milk from the farm, and while it may not be the kind of wild Ibiza nights you often read about, for some (in fact, many!) people, the simple pleasure of creamy cheese nibbles and a glass of tannin-infused joy simply cannot be beaten – though of course there is absolutely nothing to stop you doing both!
