On Friday September 11, 2026, two of Spain’s most beloved flavours take centre stage at The Oyster & Caviar Bar at The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel. Switching its usual culinary caviar partner for the afternoon (don’t worry there will still be a few oysters to slurp!) in favour of a little Jamón Cinco Jotas, the celebration begins at 1pm with a very special Caviar & 5J tasting menu to enjoy in the glorious late summer sunshine.
