Authentic Me Meisner Technique Workshop with Nita Arpiainen in Santa Gertrudis
Experienced acting and holistic coach, and founder of Actors Academy Finland, Nita Arpiainen, hosts a two-day Meisner Technique Workshop in Ibiza on Saturday January 11 and Sunday January 12, 2025, focusing on finding your Authentic Me. Using the renowned actor’s rehearsal method, the Meisner Technique helps access and express your true feelings through the exploration of the practice’s famous repetition exercise in groups and in pairs, and much more.
The workshop is held over two afternoons from 10am until 3.30pm in a private location between Santa Gertrudis and San Lorenzo and is open to anybody looking to discover more freedom, courage and awareness within themselves.
