Ibiza foodies can rejoice this autumn and winter season, as the island’s favourite wholesome destination, Passion Café, pops-up inland at its sister restaurant, Yalla in Santa Gertrudis, from Mondays to Saturdays between 9am and 6pm. Start your day with a protein shake, an açai bowl or indulge in an egg-based brekkie to fuel your morning, then linger over coffee and cake before bustling around the village.
The pop-up menu – with breakfast, brunch and lunch available – features many of the Passion classics plus some new dishes with the signature Yalla twist and spice, and all dishes are available to eat-in or takeaway. From 6pm, the Yalla grill gets fired up and business resumes as usual for dinner, but mornings leave plenty of time for Passion – whatever yours may be.
