New Year’s Eve at Room Service Ibiza
Say adiós to 2024, and bienvenido to 2025 in the chic, speakeasy style surrounds of Room Service Ibiza, tucked away on the cobbled streets of Sa Penya in Ibiza town. The intimate and stylish bar and restaurant celebrates New Year’s Eve with a special menu for 110€ per person (excluding drinks), plus DJs spinning the soundtrack all night long.
Start with an aperitif of oysters and a welcome drink – devised by the best bartenders in the biz – and then share starters including topinambur velouté with red prawns and truffle; gratinated scallop in French bechamel; Wagyu tataki; and gratinated ratatouille. The decadent first course is fresh tagliolini with your choice of caviar or black truffle, followed by a mouth-watering main – choose between lobster with lemon scent, potato and caviar, or meat stew with green sauce and traditional Dijon mustard. Save room for a sweet treat at the end of the experience, when panettone with mascarpone cream is served for dessert, and order fine wines and bespoke cocktails from the à la carte menu to complement your meal.
