Moules Frites & Cocktails with Bar 1805 at Montesol Experimental
Exciting collaborations abound in Ibiza wintertime, and this one seems to have become an annual tradition. Popping up at Montesol Experimental every Thursday from 1pm until 11pm is the master mixologist of Sa Penya, Charles Vexenat of Bar 1805, where he’ll be serving up his signature combo of fine cocktails and heaving buckets of mussels and fries for just 18.05€ for the remainder of this year.
Set in pride of place at the head of Vara de Rey, Montesol Experimental is one of the island’s original social hubs and now this flamboyant Frenchman is taking up residence, you can expect to see the who’s who of Ibiza swirling in its orbit again this winter. What better excuse to head into Ibiza town – if you ever needed one – and get your fill of delicious moules frites? Well, if you’ve got little foodies in tow, there’s also a kids’ option available!
