Winter Lunch Pop-Up at La Paloma
La Paloma shifts gears for the colder months, hosting a daily Winter Lunch Pop-Up that wraps the restaurant’s familiar charm in a cosy seasonal glow. Gather around the garden tables and bask in the winter sunshine or settle in beside the fire indoors as you tuck into a specially curated winter menu built around grills, wood-fired pizza, slow-cooked soups and the fresh produce the iconic Ibiza restaurant is known for.
From midday until 5pm each day (excluding December 25, 2025) the beloved La Paloma team continues to serve dishes shaped by chef Prasuna Coppini, whose Tuscan roots and global travels inspire every winter warming plate. Expect rotating mains, organic vegetables from the on-site farm, ingredients brought directly from Italy and plenty of vegan and vegetarian treats. At night, Pancho and the bar staff mix cocktails with seasonal touches while the biodynamic and natural wine list further adds to the winter mood. A perfect retreat for long lunches and intimate dinners in the heart of San Lorenzo, all with a little La Paloma magic woven in.
