Suave es la Noche Workshop with Gala Knörr at La Carpintería
Suave es la Noche arrives at La Carpintería on Saturday December 13, 2025, as part of the public programme linked to the Ses12naus Open Call 2025–2026 residency. Led by artist Gala Knörr, the workshop explores the relationship between the body, space and Ibiza’s club culture through a painting-based practice. Guests are invited into a guided creative session that reflects on how collective celebration shapes community, memory and expression, set within the foundation’s exhibition and meeting space in the Can Bufí area.
The event forms the final chapter of the Open Call’s first-phase public activities, where residents share early investigative approaches to their research on the island. Following a performative talk with audiovisual projection, participants will create a collaborative ‘cartography of enjoyment’ mapping emotions, experiences and symbols connected to Ibiza’s nightlife and the shared language that emerges from club culture.
