Guided by wellness expert Leah Timmins, this session features a soul-soothing blend of breathwork, hypnosis and a deeply restorative sound bath designed to help participants wind down, release and step into the new season with clarity and calm.
Located in the peaceful hills above Cala Llonga, Aguamadera Ibiza is the perfect setting to immerse yourself in wellness as the sun sets earlier over the valley after the clocks change the night before.
