Start with a silky slice of O’Toro on homemade focaccia with tomato shiso and caviar, and smoked beef carpaccio with rocket, truffle oil and Parmesan to get your taste buds warmed up. Mains include braised octopus on yuzu sweet potato mash with crispy quinoa, and red prawns with soba, caramelised prawns and shiitake cream, followed by a special dessert of deconstructed strawberry cheesecake with white chocolate cream and yuzu gel. At 120€ per person with sake pairings included, it’s a one-night-only journey where flavour, artistry and music connect in the most unexpected of ways. Reservations highly recommended.
