Party With The Chefs at OKU Ibiza
The annual cult culinary celebration, Party With The Chefs, returns to the jungle-luxe surrounds of OKU Ibiza on Tuesday May 13, 2025, when bold flavours meet creative flair and superstar chefs around the world take centre stage. Sunset cocktails set the tone, DJ sets soundtrack the vibe and chefs personally serve up plates that are as delicious as the setting from live cooking stations peppered across the venue.
Legendary chefs appearing include Soenil Bahadoer, judge of Masterchef Netherlands and chef at two MICHELIN-starred restaurant, De Lindehof. You’ll also meet Bas Brouns of Amsterdam’s MICHELIN hotspot Ron Gastrobar; Ben Palmer of Great British Menu and chef at both Cornwall’s Sardine Factory and Yamas; Scottish chef and MBE Adam Handling, the man with a with zero-waste philosophy behind Michelin-starred Frog; and, showcasing the best of British cuisine, Sally Abe from central London’s The Pem. Flying the flag for Spanish gastronomy is Maria Jose Martinez, who’ll be serving artistic creations from Valencia’s Michelin-starred Lienzo; and Walter Sidoravicius – the man behind Ibiza’s MICHELIN-starred speakeasy style Japanese restaurant, Omakase by Walt.
When dinner’s done, the real mischief begins at the afterparty. Peek behind the kitchen doors to reveal a secret speakeasy where freezers double as cocktail bars, while the pantry hides a DJ and there’s a karaoke mic waiting somewhere in the pastry kitchen. There’s even a clandestine tattoo studio somewhere to be found. Tickets are 250€ per person and include entry, a dish from each chef, drinks including wine and cocktails plus live entertainment and immersive experiences throughout the night.
