
Hidden away in the lush green hills of Benimussa, just outside of San Antonio, Zeneat by Can Vistabella is a new foodie hub that honours slow cooking, authentic Mediterranean flavours and the abundance of local produce. For New Year’s Eve, the chef has created a special menu to be savoured slowly, starting from 9pm and carrying all the way through until the early hours of 2026.
The feast begins with a warm symphony of seasonal tomatoes; leek in a delicate escabeche with cured egg yolk and crispy torrezno; and beef tartare with sweet shallots and a hint of truffle. Choose between glazed duck breast or tuna ravioli for mains, then save room for the elegant house petit fours for dessert, served before the bubbles are poured and New Year’s resolutions come into effect. The menu is 90€ per person (excluding drinks) and reservations are highly recommended.
