New Year’s Eve Dinner at Pacha Hotel
Step into 2026 with a glitzy feast at Pacha Hotel Ibiza, where New Year’s Eve begins in true Balearic style. The evening unfolds with an indulgent six-course gala dinner paired with premium wines and bubbles for 250€ per person, served in the hotel’s elegant dining room dressed up for the grand occasion. Every plate served is a tribute to Mediterranean flavours, from succulent scallops served with pumpkin cream and crispy guanciale, and lobster salad with mango, avocado and passionfruit vinaigrette to the wild sea bass with olives, capers and sun-dried tomato relish or the beef tenderloin with sweet potato and chestnut purée.
For a sweet treat, the meal ends with a classic Sacher Torte finished with gold dust and when the clock strikes 12, all diners get to take part in the great Spanish tradition of eating 12 lucky grapes at each chime of the clock.
