New Year’s Eve at The Standard, Ibiza
Ring in 2026 at The Standard, Ibiza with a one-night-only New Year’s Eve Dinner in the hotel’s buzzing ground-floor restaurant, Jara. The evening centres around a curated set menu from the Executive Chef, featuring shared starters and some rocking mains such as lobster with spiced beurre blanc or slow-cooked suckling lamb shoulder with roasted apple and demi-glace. Unlimited wine, beer, water and soft drinks are included, along with welcome cava, plus a glass of champagne and the obligatory 12 grapes at midnight. Dinner begins with a single seating at 9pm, soundtracked by DJ Pippi and Willie Graff as Jara slips into celebration mode for the last time in 2025.
After midnight, the celebration moves downstairs to The Green Room at The Standard, Ibiza, where Hot Ice Collective take over with a live set that carries the night through until 4am. A full-evening experience that’s the perfect mix of great food, great music and that signature Standard style to welcome the new year in the heart of Ibiza town.
