
Relaxing Morning Yoga sessions at Roca House set the tone for the day ahead in true Ibiza style, where nature, stillness and mindful movement meet on a sun-dappled terrace. Guided by local teacher Nina Sadlowsky, the class combines elements of Vinyasa and Hatha flow, resulting in a practice that strengthens, stretches and restores in equal measure. With the surrounding countryside and the rolling greens of the Roca Llisa golf course as your backdrop, it’s an hour to connect body and breath before the day gathers pace.
All levels are welcome, making it ideal whether you’re a seasoned yogi or simply looking to try something new on holiday. Classes are 20€ per person and run for 60 minutes, with guests asked to bring their own mats.
