This March, Bar 1805’s larger-than-life Charles Vexenat takes over the ground-floor café at Montesol Experimental in Vara del Rey, bringing a Parisian-meets-New York twist to Ibiza brunch time. Every Sunday between 11am and 6pm, expect bagels, booze and banter, as the island’s most eclectic mixologist serves up his signature style of culinary creativity with a side of mischief.
For just 18.05€ (see what they did there?), brunch includes a bagel, a cold drink, a hot drink and a brownie, with a DIY menu that lets you build your perfect bite. Choose between roast beef with horseradish and pickles; cream cheese with salmon and onions; or the veggie-friendly cream cheese with avocado and onions.
