Back serving up a globe-trotting, ingredient-first menu brimming with soulful pastas, just-caught seafood and vegetable-forward plates kissed by smoke, spice and the occasional stroke of genius, the restaurant has been attracting local and visiting foodies since day one and looks set to be another dining destination du jour in 2025.
