The season’s last day is a love letter to summer, the restaurant’s open-air terrace hums with that familiar rhythm of sea breeze, laughter and the clinking of final glasses.
Chef Ricardo Monge’s menu is the same irresistible blend of Mediterranean colour and international flair, a farewell feast where every dish feels like a postcard from the season that was.
