2025 Opening Party with Hannah Wants at Café Mambo

Kicking off from 6.30pm on Friday April 18, 2025 on the legendary Sunset Strip in San Antonio, the famous bar and restaurant welcomes another chapter of golden-hour magic, world-class DJs and iconic Ibiza energy. Whether it’s your first time or an annual pilgrimage, the first Mambo sunset of the summer is the spark that sets the season ablaze.
As the sun slips below the horizon, expect Balearic beats, an electric crowd and the kind of atmosphere that only Café Mambo can create. With Mambo resident DJs Jason Bye, Andy Baxter and Ryan McDermott spinning the soundtrack, plus very special guest Hannah Wants stepping into the booth to get the party started, expect to get teary-eyed as they cue up the perfect song to time perfectly with that magical moment – no two are ever alike. The sun sets at 8.33pm, so then stick around for the fun (and the Hierbas shots) after dark.
