2025 Opening at Il Dek
Wrapped around a corner building surrounded by the historic sandstone fortress walls of Dalt Vila, Il Dek is like something out of a Hollywood movie, as fairy lights twinkle above the tables and well-dressed waiters and sommeliers serve up some of the finest cuisine in the island’s capital.
Open for lunch and dinner daily from Friday March 14, 2025, the restaurant is a high-end, Tuscan-inspired Italian bistrot serving up sharing plates, salads, pizzas and mouth-wateringly good pastas, but it also specialises in incredible grilled meats, seafood, fresh fish and sushi, and boasts one of the most extensive and impressive wine lists in the Balearics.
