Autumn is upon us and with it comes the harvest, the matanzas, the gathering of the crops from summer, and the first edition of Fuego Libre at Aguamadera Ibiza on Sunday October 20, 2024. The rustic luxe Agroturismo and firewood restaurant opens its doors to visitors and hotel guests alike for an extended family-style lunch from 1pm, showcasing the fresh produce from onsite gardens, and campo cooking at its finest.
The special ‘open fire’ à la carte menu includes Ibicencan lamb grilled on the cross, padrón peppers, potato gratin, charred beetroot, green beans, brussel spouts and leeks along with many other house specialties, all prepared and cooked with love and served with joy. There’s no better way to embrace the beginning of the new season than around these large community tables, overlooking the rolling green hills and surrounded by friends, old and new.
