IbizaPreservation presents Butterflies for Biodiversity at Finca Can Fontet
Saving Ibiza’s precious environment is truly a family affair and on Saturday November 30, 2024, IbizaPreservation encourage volunteers to gather their nearest and dearest to participate in its Butterflies for Diversity program. Taking place on the farm, Finca Can Fontet, in the Buscatell valley, a giant herb garden will be planted in the shape of a butterfly to encourage biodiversity and attract more insects and key pollinators to the grounds.
The activity runs from 10am until 2pm and aims to boost Ibiza’s butterfly population as well as provide a fun community project for island eco-warriors and their families. Coordinated by Ibiza Produce, the organic farming arm of IbizaPreservation, the aim is to replicate this project across the island in the coming months so sign up on the link below to book your place and lend a hand on this very worthy and rewarding morning.
