Serving up Sunday lunch with a lively twist, hip Marina restaurant Roto Ibiza invites Pikes stalwarts, Flash, to co-host this weekend’s Sunday Roto Roast. Start the afternoon on the sunny terrace with spectacular views across the port to Dalt Vila as you tuck into a Mediterranean take on the British classic for just 35€ per person including all the trimmings (but excluding drinks).

Served family style, start with spicy Scotch eggs and salad, followed by pork ribs, roast chicken and rare beef with crispy Ibicenco potatoes, Brussels sprouts and seasonal greens, plus Yorkshire puddings, cauliflower cheese and tasty gravy. A kids’ version is also available for the little ones, though after 7pm it’s an adults-only affair as the party moves downstairs to the Roto Bunker, where Flash head honcho Guy Williams provides the soundtrack until late, alongside residents Santanna Oush and Jon Jak. Sunday just got a whole lot livelier.
