Starting at 5pm, this workshop – open to both hotel guests and visitors – takes place in the Temple with live vocals and sound by Réka Fodor.
Combining breathwork and sound, the session focuses on restoring balance and supporting holistic wellbeing activating creative expression from the heart. Places are limited for Sonik Breath: A Guided Meditation & Breathwork at Nômade Temple Ibiza and cost 60€ per person.
