Tucked away in the back streets of the sleepy village of San Miguel, Gathering is the stylish and secluded Ibiza art gallery where cutting-edge international artists, hand-picked by the renowned London gallery Gathering, reveal their latest collections to the island’s curious and creative. On Saturday September 05, 2026, Gathering presents the opening of award-winning Georgian artist Tamara K.E.’s first solo show in Spain: Eve’s Occasional Cigarette.
From 7pm, the artist will unveil her latest body of work, a multimedia collection of pieces that come alive with the playful tension between charcoals and oils, sculpture and relief. Each image is charged with feminine memory, desire and codes, telling its own unique story with an undercurrent that feels entwined with art history. Known for her predominantly black and white work, Tamara represented Georgia at the 50th Venice Biennale while still in her 20s, and received the European Prize for Painting before turning 30 and her sensitive artistic process has made her a name to watch on the international circuit.
The exhibition runs until Monday October 19, 2026 and Gathering – right next door to late-night hotspot Mira Lounge – is open from Thursday to Sunday from 7pm until 11pm.
