Up x Nyam by Chef Stikxz at The Standard, Ibiza
Sunday July 26, 2026, sees celebrated New York chef, Brittney “Stikxz” Williams, bring a little special Jamaican something to the heady heights of Up at The Standard Ibiza. This exclusive pop-up is all about Caribbean cooking through the lens of one of the big apples most celebrated culinary head honchos.
The gourmet collaboration sees four dishes available on the regular à la carte menu that include jerk grilled head-on prawn, aji verde and escovitch, mussels with grilled sourdough and peppa’ sauce, rum BBQ pork belly with charred scallion aioli, shiso and fried shallots plus tuna tataki with mango aguachile, avocado and jerk salsa Macha. Up x Nyam by Chef Stikxz at The Standard, Ibiza is a one night only chance to enjoy unique contemporary flavours at one of the island’s slickest rooftop locations.
