
An immersive night of live cooking and bold flavours – where the afters are more than just a little sweet – lands at OKU Ibiza on Tuesday May 12, 2026. Party with the Chefs is a chance to dive into global flavours as acclaimed guest chefs from all over the world will be stepping out of their kitchens and into the spotlight to create delectable plates from live cooking stations dotted around the shady terrace and dining room of the stunning Cala Gracío resort.
The roll call of star chefs includes Soenil Bahadoer (Restaurant Gem and Masterchef NL judge), Sydney Schutte (Restaurant Spectrum), Adam Handling (Frog), Walt Sidoravicius (Omakase by Walt), Dennis Huwae (Restaurant Daalder), Bas Brouns (Ron Gastrobar), Andres Fernandez (Six Senses Ibiza) and Alberto Pacheco (Es Fumeral). Dessert comes in the form of a very special post-feast party where the atmosphere switches gear to full fiesta mode.
