
Room Service Ibiza marks Christmas Eve with a refined poissonnerie dinner that leans into the season’s elegance without losing its relaxed, convivial edge. Known for its gourmet menus and polished, informal atmosphere, the restaurant invites guests to settle in for a celebratory evening built around prime ingredients cooked to absolute perfection, with a special set menu for 90€ per person (excluding drinks).
The specially curated tasting menu is an homage to the sea, featuring a generous plateau royal piled high with lobster, red prawns, langoustines, oysters, amberjack sashimi, sea urchin and scallops, followed bya rich bottarga and burrata risotto; red raviolo filled with sea bass and lime and drizzled in squid ink sauce; and black cod baked in a thin potato crust served with pak choy, baby carrots and a fish demi-glace.
The night ends on a sweet-and-sour note, with a passionfruit pavlova topped with fresh raspberries to finish. DJ sets run throughout the evening, setting the tone for a long, leisurely night of culinary indulgence and easy conversation in the cobbled back streets of Sa Penya. Afterwards, you might stumble home in time to find Santa tumbling down the chimney or you might just be tempted to carry on to one of the many Nochebuena parties in the neighbourhood. At this point, there’s no point not being naughty!
