The Sea Bass Xperience at The Beach, Unexpected Ibiza
On Thursday September 11, 2025, The Sea Bass Xperience at The Beach, Unexpected Ibiza shines a spotlight on the island’s freshest catch with a one-day culinary showcase on the shores of Playa d’en Bossa. Chefs from the Cooking Blind Association, a collective of visually impaired professionals including special guest Luis Bandera, present a tasting menu where sea bass is the star ingredient, reimagined in a delicious selection of ceviches, nigiri, tacos and paella-style rice dishes. Every plate tells a story of creativity, resilience and flavour in equal measure.
Priced at 40€ plus a 10€ donation in support of ASPADANIF (Parents’ Association for Children and Teenagers with Disabilities of Ibiza and Formentera), the menu offers the chance to dine in style and for a really fantastic cause. Guests can also add an optional wine pairing for 20€, turning the afternoon into an epicurean feast by the sea, with views, showcooking and plates that celebrate the versatility of lubina as well as the community spirit of Ibiza.
