4 Hands Dinner at Salvia at Ca Na Xica
One elegant terrace, two exceptional chefs and a nine-course menu designed to showcase the soul of Ibiza on every plate. This Thursday August 14, 2025, fine dining destination Salvia at Ca Na Xica hosts a special 4 Hands Dinner, with resident chef Juan Pablo Carrizo teaming up with Óscar Salazar Ruano of 7Pines Resort Ibiza to create a one-night-only dining experience inspired by local produce, seasonality and a shared culinary vision.
Each chef brings their own flair and flavour to the table, blending traditional techniques with contemporary finesse in a slow and luxurious tasting format. The special set menu is 110€ per person (excluding drinks) and includes nine courses that guide you through the duo’s combined creativity, all served in the balmy open air. Bookings are essential and big appetites highly advised.
