As the annual holiday that honours the patron saint of Ibiza, the day (and night) of Sant Ciriac is Ibiza’s most symbolic celebration. This year Mikasa Ibiza marks the occasion with an elevated rooftop gathering overlooking the twinkling lights of Dalt Vila, and most importantly, the impressive fireworks display honouring the occasion that takes place as the clock strikes midnight. From 9pm onwards, guests are invited to toast the beloved saint with a cocktail-style dinner and a live Balearic set by Be.Lanuit, Belén Bembé and Tupac Peralta.
The special set menu for the occasion is 90€ per person and includes Mediterranean and Asian-inspired plates such as prawn croquettes with yuzu-lime mayo, lamb bao with pico de gallo, mini Wagyu burgers with trugfle and more. Sweet treats come in the form of mini red velvet tarts, brownies and carrot cakes, and a welcome drink, beer, wine and soft drinks are included in the price. As your dinner comes to an end, make the most of this privileged perch in Marina Botafoch, and watch the Sant Ciriac fireworks arc over the skyline while the soundtrack drifts between soul, groove and rhythm. Reservations highly recommended.
