The first full moon of high summer always feels a little bit magical, but there’s something especially serene about watching it rise over the Dalt Vila skyline from Casa Maca. On Thursday July 10, 2025 the restaurant hosts a special Buck Moon Dinner – a seasonal celebration of growth, abundance and dining under a blanket of Ibiza stars.
The evening unfolds alfresco beneath the soft lunar glow, with a farm-to-fork menu inspired by the land, fire and summer’s natural rhythm. Tables are scattered across the terrace with views of the old town in the distance, while gentle music and moonlight set the scene.
