The curated tasting menu is an homage to the sea, starting with a generous plateau royal piled high with lobster, red prawns, langoustines, razor clams, scallops and tuna sashimi; followed by mains such as linguine with clams and bottarga; and monkfish with Jerusalem artichoke cream, hazelnuts and basil oil. The night ends with some sweet vibes and naughty but nice creamy crème caramel.
