Vara de Rey slips into full festive throttle each December as the Christmas markets take over the boulevard with wooden huts, twinkling lights and the Ibiza winter buzz all locals have come to know and love. Stalls are filled with handmade soaps, island ceramics, cosy knitwear, sweet treats, festive decorations and plenty of stocking fillers that feel far more personal than anything ordered online.
