Hierbas Workshop + Luxury Brunch at The Olive Ibiza

Meet up at the hotel, then follow the leisurely guided trail through the woods for around two hours while being shown how to forage for the fresh herbs needed to blend into your very own bottle of Hierbas Ibicencas, Ibiza’s legendary after-dinner liquor that’s steeped in history, heritage and flavour.
Back at the hotel, after creating your own Hierbas bottle, enjoy a delicious two-course brunch on the picturesque terrace served with some well-deserved mimosas. The experience – including ingredients, workshop, walk and brunch – is priced at 79€ per person, and numbers are limited, so book early to ensure a place. Vegetarian and vegan brunch options are also available.
