Reservations are essential for the one-night only dining experience in Jara and guests are encouraged to dress to either impress\, or distress. Well\, it is Halloween in Ibiza’s hippest hotel\, after all. \nThe Wickedly Standard Halloween Feast is 79€ per person (including drinks)\, and you can expect a seasonally spooky dinner dripping with decadence and a sprinkle of devilment. Start with corn ribs with lime and spices; mussel flatbread with roasted vegetable butter; and pressed tuna with tomato heart\, miso and ash. For mains\, diners can choose between homemade pumpkin gnocchi with mushroom cream and truffle sauce or glazed beef short rib with green peppercorn\, demi-glace and fresh herbs. The scarily sweet treat that wraps up the meal is dubbed ‘The Kiss of Death’ – only time will tell will who makes it from their tables down into The Green Room for the After Party\, for an evening of divine disorder\, soundtracked by Alex from Tokyo and Willie Graff.  Reservations essential for dinner but walk-ins are welcome at the bar.
