Taking up residence in the snazzy hotel’s ground-floor restaurant\, Jara\, the cult-culinary brand will be serving up the world’s finest burgers daily (alongside its regular à la carte menu)\, all summer long. \nThis is the first time Gasoline Grill – which began life operating from a gas station and became an underground sensation – has popped up in Spain and they’ll be putting an Ibiza-flavoured spin on their signature smash burgers\, as well as serving up the classics their international followers know and love\, from midday until the very last burger’s been scoffed. If you’re on the go\, burgers are also available as take-out – perfect for beach days\, boat days or just lazy days in front of the telly!
