You’ll also meet Bas Brouns of Amsterdam’s MICHELIN hotspot Ron Gastrobar; Ben Palmer of Great British Menu and chef at both Cornwall’s Sardine Factory and Yamas; Scottish chef and MBE Adam Handling\, the man with a with zero-waste philosophy behind Michelin-starred Frog; and\, showcasing the best of British cuisine\, Sally Abe from central London’s The Pem.
