Here, every meal is a special occasion at the hands of Sicilian chef Francesco T. Leggio, who takes guests on a gastronomic journey that traverses land and sea, while paying homage to his homeland’s traditional cuisine. Cocktails at the Ibiza restaurant are curated by mixologist Ilan Arca includes the whimsically named Strawberry Caprese with mezcal, tomato, basil and strawberry honey, and The Italian Job, a fusion of Martini Fiero, limoncello and passionfruit, among many others, with plenty of hand-picked Italian vinos also on offer.
By day, the vibes at the poolside Sorella Terrazza are welcoming and relaxed – part Art Deco and part chiringuito, its breathtaking views over Es Caló De S’Alga beach and balmy Mediterranean breeze make it the perfect Ibiza restaurant for light and leisurely lunches.
