The wide array of bars and cafés serving glühwein or cava can add a festive spirit to the evening’s shopping\, but bear in mind that between 2pm and 5pm\, siesta still applies (even at Christmas in Ibiza!) so the market stalls – and the jumping castles – are closed\, so time your visit carefully.

The wide array of bars and cafés serving glühwein or cava can add a festive spirit to the evening’s shopping\, but bear in mind that between 2pm and 5pm\, siesta still applies (even at Christmas in Ibiza!) so the market stalls – and the jumping castles – are closed\, so time your visit carefully.
