Flying the flag for Spanish gastronomy is Maria Jose Martinez\, who’ll be serving artistic creations from Valencia’s Michelin-starred Lienzo; and Walter Sidoravicius – the man behind Ibiza’s MICHELIN-starred speakeasy style Japanese restaurant\, Omakase by Walt. \nWhen dinner’s done\, the real mischief begins at the afterparty. With beachfront sunbeds\, a cute cabana-style bar and a shaded dining terrace\, there are plenty of reasons to while away the day here – and that’s before you’ve even peeked at the seafood-centric menu. \nTuck into sharing plates\, before dining on the freshest and finest local fish and shellfish\, prepared in a variety of different ways\, from Andalusian-style calamari and bluefin tuna belly carpaccio to carabineros with grilled leeks\, catch of the day cooked over the wood-fire grill and the ultra-indulgent mixed seafood grill\, which includes clams\, razor clams\, monkfish\, mussels\, calamari and seasonal veggies. Sip on sangria\, order up bespoke cocktails and tap your toes to the beat of resident DJs from 11am until 7pm daily\, with dinner service starting in early June. Summer is officially here!

If you’re on the go\, burgers are also available as take-out – perfect for beach days\, boat days or just lazy days in front of the telly!

Known for their exceptional six-course (135€) or nine-course (220€) omakase menus\, this local’s favourite now adds an à la carte option based on hand rolls\, sushi à la minute and sharing dishes like gunkan\, sashimi and donburi (rice bowl). All fish is wild caught in the Balearics and dry-aged in house. \nDrinks-wise\, Overall is known far and wide for its innovative and delectable beverages. With the addition of sake\, natural wines and unique non-alcoholic tipples crafted from homemade ferments and sea water (try it!) plus a selection of single ingredient cocktails invented exclusively for the Nikka Whisky distillery\, this Ibiza hotspot has elevated the art of drinking. Open on Thursdays\, Fridays and Saturdays from 8pm for dining or just drinks\, walk-ins are welcome but reservations suggested.
