Founders and culinary masterminds behind Overall\, Jorge Conde and Mónica Patiño\, can’t resist the urge to keep creating. Known for their exceptional six-course (135€) or nine-course (220€) omakase menus\, this local’s favourite now adds an à la carte option based on hand rolls\, sushi à la minute and sharing dishes like gunkan\, sashimi and donburi (rice bowl). All fish is wild caught in the Balearics and dry-aged in house. \nDrinks-wise\, Overall is known far and wide for its innovative and delectable beverages. With the addition of sake\, natural wines and unique non-alcoholic tipples crafted from homemade ferments and sea water (try it!) plus a selection of single ingredient cocktails invented exclusively for the Nikka Whisky distillery\, this Ibiza hotspot has elevated the art of drinking. The culinary concept is based around the idea of a casual cevichería and a tartar bar\, where zesty and zingy ceviches\, aguachiles\, and other raw delights are ideal for hot summer nights\, while the open kitchen also grills fresh fish and meat and serves up an array of dishes that are designed to share.
