The sashimi tasting comes next\, with an array of silky pieces that have been sliced and diced to order\, including chutoro\, salmon\, hamachi and seabass usuzukuri\, before the sushi tasting begins. From salmon aburi with lime and quail egg nigiri with truffle sauce to foie-topped kabayaki eel and the taste-sensational hot tempura futomaki\, this is a true feast for the senses. Just be sure to save room for the sweet surprise finale! \nThe tasting menu is 40€ per person and for an additional 25€\, you can add a curated drinks pairing that includes soft drinks\, wine\, beer and a welcome glass of Möet & Chandon.
