Founders and culinary masterminds behind Overall\, Jorge Conde and Mónica Patiño\, can’t resist the urge to keep creating. Known for their exceptional six-course (135€) or nine-course (220€) omakase menus\, this local’s favourite now adds an à la carte option based on hand rolls\, sushi à la minute and sharing dishes like gunkan\, sashimi and donburi (rice bowl). All fish is wild caught in the Balearics and dry-aged in house. \nDrinks-wise\, Overall is known far and wide for its innovative and delectable beverages. With the addition of sake\, natural wines and unique non-alcoholic tipples crafted from homemade ferments and sea water (try it!) plus a selection of single ingredient cocktails invented exclusively for the Nikka Whisky distillery\, this Ibiza hotspot has elevated the art of drinking.
