DESCRIPTION:ADDA Gallery opens its 8th season with a new solo show by Ibiza-based artist Jesús de Miguel\, who brings his raw\, instinctive style to the walls of Paradiso Art Hotel in Cala de Bou. Uniones Flexibles\, curated by gallery founder Anna Dimitrova\, offers a bold\, chaotic and deeply personal body of work that blurs the line between control and spontaneity. Canvases are built through movement\, not planning and feature visceral brushwork\, free-flowing materials and sculptural forms. \nDe Miguel doesn’t aim to polish or perfect. His art invites error\, welcomes interruption and acts as dialogue between medium and moment that is as much about process as outcome. Alongside the exhibition\, visitors can explore the outdoor mural collection surrounding Paradiso Art Hotel\, featuring large-scale works by international artists including Boa Mistura\, Murone\, Grems and Cachetejack in an open-air extension of the gallery’s ever evolving creative network.

There’s no hierarchy here\, just a deep\, subtle resonance between a trio of talented artists. \nRamon’s surreal architectural paintings offer space as structure and symbolism\, Enrich.R explores abstract form with emotional undercurrents and bold material choices\, while Isidre’s poetic lines straddle figuration and gesture\, minimal yet full of weight. \nThis exhibition is a perfect fit for the sunlit walls of Estudio Laterna in the village of Santa Gertrudis. With its earth-toned architecture\, fig trees and beautifully designed interiors\, Enrich³ – curated by Luis Galliussi – invites visitors to experience a subtly connected visual memory and a beautiful creative inheritance.

SUMMARY:We Live On An Island Exhibition at Olas Gallery
DESCRIPTION:Making waves in the seaside streets of Santa Eulalia is Olas Gallery – an exciting new venture by talented Ibiza-based photographer Sofia Gomez Fonzo. The stylish and contemporary gallery and boutique is dedicated to showcasing local art and deepening the connection between the creative island community and Ibiza lovers\, whether they are island residents or visitors from all corners of the globe. \nOpen from 11am until 2pm\, then again from 4pm until 8pm from Wednesday to Saturday\, and from 11am until 2pm on Sundays\, Olas Gallery invites one and all to drop in and check out its inaugural exhibition curated by Sofia: We Live On An Island / Vivimos En Una Isla until May 20\, 2025. Featuring works by Aguasopio\, Helen Sadler\, Liz Kueneke\, Sarah G Tur and Sofia herself\, the show is both a celebration and a statement on what it is to live on this beautiful little rock in the Mediterranean. Exploring the ideas of connection in a place sometimes defined by separation and expressing love for their island home\, the artists play on colour\, light and mystery through painting\, photography and installation. Olas Gallery may be new\, but with a show like this\, it’s most definitely found its voice.

On the bohemian-styled terrace\, you can comfortably kick back under the big blue sky and soak it all in\, from the Balearic beats floating across the airwaves and colourful plates of tapas shared between friends to the sky filled with a kaleidoscope of colours that seem to melt into the sea. No two sunsets are ever the same – all the more reason to take part in the ritual again and again.
